Making a complaint
If you are unhappy with any aspect of Centacare’s operations, services or facilities, please speak with your Teacher or Trainer or alternatively the Program Manager who will listen to you and try to resolve your issue immediately. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, the matter will be referred to Centacare’s Executive Director.
In the unlikely event that resolution is not reached, you will need to refer your complaint as follows:
- VET students: Training Accreditation Council (TAC) for VET Compliance on (08) 9441 1910 or via their website.
- SEE students: Department of Education and Training on 1300 555 727.
