Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of Centacare’s operations, services or facilities, please speak with your teacher, trainer or program manager who will work to resolve your issue immediately. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, the matter will be referred to as Centacare’s Chief Executive Officer.
In the unlikely event that a resolution is not reached, you can refer your complaint as follows:
