Centacare strategically invests in a number of special projects that compliment the programs and services we deliver. The purpose of this investment is two fold; firstly, it provides an opportunity for the organisation to work within an ‘innovation’ zone’ where new ideas can be explored and tested, and secondly it gives the space to develop initiatives required for building resilience in an environment typified by continuous and complex change. In working with the most disadvantaged jobseekers in our community, Centacare’s commitment to innovation, productivity and resilience is at the core of each special project.
