In working with a dynamic planning strategy, Centacare is continually searching for opportunities to work with new and emerging technologies that can support the system in its complexity and under conditions of accelerated change.

Special projects must enable;

• learning from across projects;
• meaningful network connectivity;
• new thinking;
• personalisation of service; and
• links to productivity and innovation.

In 2007, Centacare engaged in a successful LearnScope project thanks to the Australian Flexible Learning Framework. Following from this in 2008, Centacare’s Access and Inclusion project, supported by the Western Australian Government and the Independent Learning Centre, was a pivotal step forward in building a foundational online space and informative strategic perspectives.
