Centacare is a not for profit organisation that delivers a range of training, employment and support services to disadvantaged clients.  We operate out of 8 sites throughout the Perth area.

Our Corporate Services team is looking for someone to provide administrative support to the Property Manager and Training team.  This role will suit someone who is well organised, flexible and pro-active as the person will provide support to different departments.

Duties for this position include:

  • General administration for all the Registered Training Organisation contracted courses; and
  • Supporting the Property Manager in the management of the buildings, equipment, vehicles and furniture.

Selection Criteria - Desirable

  • Knowledge of commercial leases and building maintenance requirements;
  • Experience in property/facilities or building services management;
  • Experience and knowledge of the RTO and Access Programs;
  • Microsoft Office (Word and Excel);
  • Flexible and adaptable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
  • Problem solving skills.

Salary range of $41K (pro rata) + Super, with the option to salary sacrifice (which allows for up to $16050 to be used for expenses before tax).  Scheduled days are Monday, Thursday and Friday.
