About this Scholarship

The Scholarship aims to provide an opportunity for Aboriginal Australians to undertake studies and become qualified in the Aged Care or Disability sectors.

Successful applicants will receive full scholarship towards one of the following courses:

CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
Centacare’s Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) will teach you how to support people in an aged care facility and empower you to make valuable contributions to the community by helping those in need. 

CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
Certificate III Individual Support (Disability) will teach you how to provide a supportive environment to allow people with disabilities to harness the power of resilience and work towards restoring themselves as contributing members of society, ultimately empowering them to regain and sustain their dignity and self-esteem.

Duration:
19 Weeks, including work experiences

Study Mode:
Face-to-face on site

Location:
Level 1, 823 Wellington Street, West Perth

Eligibility:

  • Must be of Australian Aboriginal descent
  • Aged 18 and over

Value: 
The Scholarship is valued up to $931.50, including tuition and resources fees.
