We are pleased to announce that Centacare Employment and Training’s Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program was awarded 100% outcome from the recent onsite Quality Assurance Verification. Linda Wyse & Associates (LWA) reviewed a sample of pre-training assessments and progress reports, checking on accuracy and any recorded improvements the client makes. Through the report, they have determined that our services meet student learning needs, goals and interests.

Comments made in the report included ‘files were well presented, and ‘good practice’ was evident in the delivery.

SEE is a free adult education program, which helps jobseekers develop their language, literacy, numeracy and technology skills, with the aim to prepare them for employment, training or further study. Our classes are student-centred to maximise engagement and ensure a positive learning atmosphere. The result from the annual Quality Assurance Verification this year is a testament to all SEE staff and their dedication to optimising the best possible outcomes for our students while maintaining quality education.
