At Centacare Employment and Training we are committed to providing high quality training and hold ourselves to very high standards. We always seek to provide a fair, safe and supportive environment where students can learn and work effectively and we highly value any feedback we receive.
We always love to hear about positive experiences you may have had at Centacare and we sincerely appreciate when our students and associates provide testimonials and reviews of our services.
We encourage all students and associates who wish to express their gratitude or share their experiences of Centacare to submit their feedback via email to email@example.com or leave a review on our Facebook page.
A fantastic way to express your gratitude towards your teacher or trainer is to nominate them in the WA Training Awards, which are coordinated by the Department of Training and Workforce Development. These awards provide an excellent opportunity to recognise the achievements of both staff and students. For more information about the WA Training Awards, head to their website.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of Centacare’s operations, services or facilities, please speak with your teacher, trainer or program manager who will work to resolve your issue immediately. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, the matter will be referred to as Centacare’s Chief Executive Officer.
In the unlikely event that a resolution is not reached, you can refer your complaint as follows:
