Certificate I Hospitality (Kitchen Operations)
This course teaches students the basics of kitchen operation and cooking.

The Certificate II can lead to higher level qualifications that specialise in areas such as Legal Administration; Medical Reception and Frontline Management.
Certificate II in Hospitality
The aim of this certificate in Hospitality is to provide students with the opportunity to develop skills, personal confidence and a strong self-belief that will assist them in gaining employment. (New course starting soon!)
